Uploads start immediately. Large files OK (up to the project's storage limit).
If a very large file fails near the end, the project's per-file limit (default 50 MB) needs raising: Supabase dashboard → primelaunch-engine → Project Settings → Storage → "Upload file size limit". Or zip / split the file. Then tell Claude what you uploaded.
